HQL( Handgun Qualification License) Training
MD HQL Course is designed to prepare and certify trainees for gun ownership in the state of Maryland. After students successfully complete this course, they are eligible to obtain the HQL through The Maryland State Police.
Handgun Qualification License Training w/ Fingerprints

~There is a $50 non refundable deposit due the day you book the HQL Course
~The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before class or you will lose your spot.
~You will be allowed to reschedule one time, after that you will be required to pay another deposit
~You will have a 10 minute grace period, after which you will have to reschedule.
~If you are scheduling for the fingerprinting class, Fingerprints will be done at the beginning of class, so please be on time.
~Hearing and eye protection will be provided for you to keep
